The company’s sales approach is directed to two main sectors:
1) Wholesale Sales Sector:
The sales to the wholesale sector are explicated in the sales to other spare-parts traders of which the subject sells to them spare-parts. Also, the company’s clients are distributed across Egypt.
2) Retail Sales:
The retail sales takes place through the company’s two point of sales directly to the end-user .
Local Purchases (5%):
The purchases from the local market are mainly represented in the parts or the brands of which our subject does not import directly.
Imported Spare Parts (95%):
The imported part of the company’s inventory is mainly involved in the spare parts of higher & better qualities of which the subject usually travels to the exporting countries (i.e. China, Taiwan ,Thailand, Germany, etc.) by himself to choose and agree upon the spare parts .
